Warm-up: 5 Push-ups/Sit-ups/Squats – 2 rounds; 8 minutes Death by Suicide runs (30 second intervals)

WOD:

25 Thrusters
25 OHD Squats
You will use one bar for the entire workout, stripping off weights for each movement.
The 'J' – Team in action! Jeff S., Jeff F. and Jennifer tackled this one. Jennifer earned her Gold Star in 14:55 (75#, 45#, 35#, 15#), followed by Jeff F. in 16:03 (135#, 65#, 55#, 45#) and Jeff S. in 16:10 (175#, 85#, 65#, 45#). Great job, guys!
