Warm-up: 6200 Lap, 90 sec Jump Rope, Ab Circuit

WOD:

Lunges anybody?

Five cycles of:

10 Weighted Lunges 

10 Push Presses

10 Good mornings

21 Burpees

3 Cycles

15 Burpees

1 Cycle

9 Burpees

Lunges are done stationary, each step = 1 rep!

10:00 Class: A great morning to lunge in the Pit! Jennifer had the fastest time in 15:21 (30-20-15 Push-ups instead of Burpees, 25# bar), followed by Greg in 17:30 (45#) and Jon in 17:58 (45#). The shoulders/upper back took a beating. Nice job!

6:00 Class: We doubled the number of CrossFitters! Jeff S. blasted through in 15:01 (45#), followed by Glen in 15:42 (45#), Jeff J. in 16:19 (45#), Robin made it in 16:40 (20#, 30/20 Push-ups, 9 Burpees). Next was Christine in 17:49 (15#) and then Beth in 18:01 (3/2/1 circuits, PVC, 12/9/6 Burpees). Great work, guys!
