Warmup: 1 min Rope, Big Loop; 5 Push-ups, 10 Pull-ups/Walking Lunges/Deadlifts (increase weight each time) – 2 rounds

WOD: 

Cheese Heads!

3 Deadlifts – 5 Ring Push-ups (Parallettes) – 7 DB Push Presses – 9 Squats

4 x 4 minutes AMRAP's, rest 1 minute between rounds. Continue count of reps/rounds where you left off on previous round. Score total rounds!

7:15 Class: Kevin and Jennifer (though sleep deprived due to kids) made it to the early round. Jennifer finished with a strong 17 rounds (65#, Parallette, 15#), Kevin ended up with 13 rounds plus DL (155# – rack, P., 25#). Nice work!

9:30 Class: Double the attendance. Shannon ended up with 17 rounds as well (85#, P., 15#), followed by Jon with 15 3/4 (155# – rack, Rings, 25#), Greg with 13 3/4 (185#, Rings, 30#) and Andrea with 13 1/2 rounds (65#, P., 12#). Great job this morning!
