10:00 Class: Jennifer & Jon made the early round. Jennifer went with 55# on the bench (5 x 20 reps), 50# ass. P-ups (13, 4 x 20) and 65# Squats (5 x 20), total = 293 reps. Jon hit 115 on the bench (17/17/15/13/13), 80# ass. (18/15/12/11/10) and 135 on Squats (20/18/20/15/20), total = 234 reps. Great job.

6:00 Class: The 3 Amigos! Jeff J. had 95# on the bench (18/17/15/13/13), Pull-ups (8/7/7/5/6) and 115# Squats (5 x 30 – go higher next time!), total = 262 reps. Jeff S. with 155 (18/15/15/15/12), Pull-ups (10/10/7/5/7) and 185# Squats (4 x 20, 25), total = 219. Sam had 155# Bench (31/20/18/13/14), 5 Pull-ups, then 40# ass. (7/7/8/9) and 185# Squats (31/30/30/25/32, also more weight next time), total = 280 reps. Great work tonight, guys!
