  1. AMRAP in 8 minutes of: 5 KB Swings – 5 Push-ups – 5 Squat Jumps
  2. Tabata Sit-ups
  3. AMRAP in 6 minutes of: 3 Squats – 3 Burpees – 3 Pull-ups

A small crowd after yesterday’s FGB festivities. Jeff S. was the only one of yesterdays group who made it in today, he finished with 14 + KBSW (45#), 12 Sit-ups, 9 + Squats. Robin ended up with 11 + KBSW (25#), 8 Sit-ups, 9 rounds and Beth got to 10 (20# KB), 9 Sit-ups and 6 rounds. Great job, guys!
