Warm-up: 200 m run, 10 Push-ups x 1, 10 Body Rows/Squats/AbMat/Back ext x 2, 5-3 reps OHD Squats

7:15 Class: Nice early attendance! Peter squatted 65/85/105/125/135F and finished the metcon in 9:22 (65#). Kelly showed some strength with 45/55/65/75/85 and 8:56 (45#), Reagan with 35/45/55/60/65 and 8:23 (35#) and Bryan got 45/55/65/65/65×3 and finished in 9:39 (45#)

9:30 Class: The girls went at it! Colleen got 35/45/55/65/75 and 13:12 (45#), Giselle hit 35/45/55/65/65 and 9:17 (35#) and Katie with 35/45/55/60/65 and 10:30 (35#).

3:00 Class: 4 more athletes! Cyndy got 45/55/65/75/85 and 8:46 (45#), Naashom the same OHDS numbers and a time of 8:53 (45#), Greg shoulder press 55/75/95/105/115 and 9:02 (55# press) and Robin (Back Squat) 55/65/75/85/95 and 8:55 (55# back). Good work, guys!
