Mobility: Shoulders, Quads, Back

WOD:
Strength: Hang Squat Snatch 1-1-1-1
Then: 3 rounds of:
21 Wall Balls
15 Box Jumps
9 Toes 2 bar
6:00 Class: Amanda with 65 (PR) and 10:41.
4:00 Class: Kelly with 95 (PR) and 7:32, Onnie 85 (PR) and 8:15 (T2B on floor mod) and Cyndy with 85 and 9:56.
6:00 Class: Laura with 125 (PR) and 6:32, Jeff 105 (PR) and 7:36 (KTE), Ryan 105 and 9:36 (nice job on those T2B!) and Erin with 70 (PR) and 9:51! Great job, guys!
