Warm-up: 100 Singles, 300 m row, 30 sec bike; 10 Body rows/Push-ups/Squats/Back ext x 2; 5-3-1 Sumo deadlift

Mobility: Back, Hams, Shoulders

WOD:
Strength: Sumo deadlift 1-1-1-1
Then: AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
5 Deadlifts
10 DB Shoulder Presses
6:00 Class: Laura with 235 and 9 +5 (135/25)
10:00 Class: Onnie with 305 (PR) and 7+5 (155/25), Betsy 165 (PR) and 8+5 (95/15).
4:00 Class: Cyndy with 225 and 12+5 (135/15).
6:00 Class: Ryan with 345 (PR) and 8 rounds (225/30), Jeff 345 (PR) and 7+5 (225/35), Erin 215 (PR) and 9+2 (135/20), Kelly 215 (PR) and 8+13 (125/20), Kellie 165 (PR) and 10+5 (95/12), Katie 165 (PR) and 9+12 (105/15) and Sarah 165 (PR) and 9+13 (95/15). Great job, guys!
