Warm-up: 100 Singles, 40 sec bike, DSS lap; 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Squats/Good mornings, 10 Sit-ups; 5-3 Push Press

Mobility: Shoulders, Quads, IT-band

WOD: 
Strength: Push Presses 1-1-1-1 
Then: 3 rounds of:
5 Push Jerks
10 Front Squats
10 Pull-ups
200 m run
9:30 Class: Abby with 75 (PR) and 9:31 (55#, Blue), Betsy 62 (PR) and 9:31 (45, 15 Body rows).
4:00 Class: Laura with 155 (PR) and 7:36 (75), Onnie 145 (PR) and 8:50 (75, 15 Body rows), Erin 110 (PR) and 8:57 (65, 15 B/R), Kelly 110 (PR) and 8:58 (65), Katie 83 (PR) and 8:10 (45, Green) and Cyndy 105 (PR) and 9:14 (65). Great work!
