EMOM (so every minute on the minute you start a new round) for 20 minutes! This time you can pick your reps for each exercise since you need to get all 3 done within the minute, plus you wanna have about 15 seconds of rest before the next round starts!!
1-2 Navy SEAL Burpees
3-5 Squat Jumps
4-8 Sit-ups
